If you have any questions, we\u2019re here to help. If you are booking for two people, the deposit is \u20ac600. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. <br \/>The remaining balance must be paid no later than August 10, 2025, as follows: <br \/>\u2022 \u20ac990 per person for a shared double room <br \/>\u2022 \u20ac1,390 per person for a single room <br \/>\u2022 \u20ac1,780 for two people sharing a double room <br \/>Registrations received after August 10, 2025, must be paid in full.\u2028<br \/>Your booking will be confirmed once Yoganda has received and acknowledged your deposit\u2014or full payment if booking within five weeks of the retreat\u2014after which you will receive a confirmation email. The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer, details will be provided in your retreat confirmation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0b43eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a0b43eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8da454a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8da454a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Cancellations before August 10, 2025:<br \/>You will receive a full refund of your balance payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Cancellations on or after August 10, 2025:<br \/>No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to Yoganda\u2019s approval.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">If Yoganda finds a replacement for your spot, you will receive a 50% refund of your balance payment (excluding the deposit).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Important: Once your trip payments become non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This may include, but is not limited to, war, armed conflict, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, extreme weather conditions, damage to the retreat venue, or unexpected disruption of essential services such as electricity or water.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In such circumstances, Yoganda will make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternative arrangements. However, if no alternatives are available or feasible, no refunds, reimbursements, or compensation of any kind will be provided. Yoganda is not liable for any additional costs, including but not limited to alternative accommodation, amended travel plans, or non-refundable transportation tickets.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">We strongly advise all participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, and unexpected changes to travel plans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d14acc1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d14acc1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Weather Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca2257f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca2257f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Tenerife usually enjoys a great climate, but weather can change unexpectedly. Yoganda is not responsible for unfavorable weather, and no refunds will be given due to such conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42431aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"42431aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b335fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b335fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">We are responsible for providing the services listed and confirmed in your booking, where they are within our control. By booking, you acknowledge that the organizers and owners of the retreat are not responsible for your personal safety and cannot be held liable for any events resulting in illness, injury, loss, or theft involving you or your belongings. Yoganda\u2019s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking, regardless of the nature of the claim.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba80539 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ba80539\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Lost and Found<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c7fa70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c7fa70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Any personal belongings left behind at the retreat venue will only be returned upon request and at the guest\u2019s own cost. Yoganda accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items. Please inform us of any serious medical, mental, or physical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to arrival.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">You may be required to provide a medical certificate or doctor\u2019s approval confirming your fitness for physical activity.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Participation in all activities, including excursions such as hiking or swimming, is entirely voluntary. Guests are responsible for their own well-being and are expected to listen to their bodies, exercise self-care, and make choices accordingly.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Yoganda and its team will be blameless for any injuries incurred during your stay and accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, or loss\/damage to personal property during the retreat. Yoganda is not responsible for the content of any food or drink provided, and I accept full responsibility for any allergic or other adverse reactions.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Understanding and Acceptance of Risk: I understand that participating in this retreat involves certain risks, including but not limited to injury, allergic reactions, food-related illness, travel-related incidents, weather conditions, or accidents caused by others. I fully accept and assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with my participation in the retreat.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Release of Liability: I voluntarily and irrevocably release Yoganda, including its owners, team members, contractors, partners, volunteers, and any affiliated parties (\u201cReleased Entities\u201d), from any and all legal claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs, including attorney&#8217;s fees, without limitation, arising from or in connection with my participation in the retreat. My sole and exclusive remedy shall be recovery of that sum not exceeding Euro 500.
